Rideshare G2 by Squire shows your Uber trip status on Even G2 smart glasses: driver name, license plate, approximate distance to your driver, and pickup or drop-off ETA. It is read-only. It does not book, cancel or change rides, process payments, show maps, or keep ride history.
Rideshare G2 is an independent app. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Uber Technologies, Inc. or Even Realities. “Uber” and “Even” are trademarks of their respective owners.
What we collect and why

We do not collect your Uber password (you sign in on Uber’s own page), payment details, contacts, trip history, destinations, or precise location history.
How we use it
Only to run the features above. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, profile you, or run analytics that contain personal data. We do not use it to train AI models.
Who receives it
- Uber. You authorize the connection. Uber’s own privacy notice governs data on Uber’s side.
- The Even Realities app and glasses. Trip details are passed to the Even Realities app on your phone and shown on your glasses. Its privacy notice governs that app.
- Hosting providers. Vercel Inc. process data on our behalf to run the server.
We share data with no one else unless the law requires it.
Retention
Ride details are not retained: they exist in memory only and are cleared at trip end. Tokens and sessions last until you disconnect or delete your data, or until they expire. Logs are kept for 30 days.
Your choices and rights
- Disconnect. In the app, choose Disconnect. We revoke your sessions and stop fetching trips. You can also revoke access in your Uber account settings.
- Delete my data. In the app, choose Delete my data. We delete your stored tokens, sessions and identifier, and the app clears its local preferences.
- Access, correction, portability, objection. Where laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA apply, contact join@getsquire.dev. We will respond within the legal time limit, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
- Location. You can decline or revoke location permission in your phone settings at any time.
Security
Uber tokens are stored only on our server, encrypted, and never exposed to your phone. Connections use HTTPS, and access is limited to what is needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and regulators where the law requires it.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 16, or the minimum age in your country, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
International transfers
Our server is located in North America. If you are elsewhere, your data may be transferred there.
Changes
We will post updates here and change the effective date. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app.
